Butterflies
fluttering about
Fragrances
awakening your senses,
Birds pecking on
morsels of food
Bounderies defined
with fences.

Strolling about
very soothing
Each time seeing
something new,
Simple pleasantries
of life
When new birth comes
into view.

Vibrant
healthy lawns
Pristine manicured
and plush,
Beautiful
sculptured gardens
Proned aromatic
and lush.

Children's Faces

[Nabulod ti ladawan a naaramat]

reindeer dancing
through the skies
spreading peace
and christmas cheer,
bring presents
made with love
to boys and girls
everywhere.

sweet scent
of pine needles
boughs of holly
mistletoe,
christmas tree lights
twinkling
outside fresh
glistening snow.

exchanging gifts
and hugs and kisses
tossing torn up
wrapping in the air,
celebrating with family
and with friends
during this special
time of year.

it's all about
the spirit of giving
hearts are bursting
with love and joy,
it's about
the children's faces
as they open each
new christmas toy.

a time for amends.

christmas is joy
of gladness and delight
a time for rejoicing
a time to reunite.

christmas is giving
of thoughtfulness and caring
a time to let go
a time for sharing.

christmas is santa
of mistletoe and holly
a time for carols
a time to be jolly.

christmas is celebration
of faith and good cheer
a time to be charitable
a time for prayer.

christmas is peace
of harmony and accord
a time to be tranquil
a time for the Lord.

Allow my anxieties

Constant battles
i am fighting
Enemies i have
just one,
My abuser
torments me daily
Someday

I am searching

Even though

not a commodity,
compassion
is not financially motivated
matters of the heart
are free...
