A Day in a Life: Then Life Happens

Oh, this circus kind of reality, how long
will you reign my life, this loneliness,
this painful solitude, this secluded place where
people like me to live with-- be seperated
from the one I've loved, or be deaf
so that I can't hear the laughter,
and be blind not to see the joyous
tearful eyes of this crowded world?
How long for me to wait and see
the coming of the light, the rays of hope?
But if ever that time comes, will a new
faith be restored so that life will come
again and raise me from the dead?
